The Building Blocks newsletter is a bi-annual publication produced by the Nebraska Foundation for Visually Impaired Children, (NFVIC,) and the Boys Town National Research Hospital Lied Learning and Technology Center, (BTNRH/LLTC.) This newsletter illustrates joint projects between NFVIC and LLTC and community programs relating to children with visual impairments or blindness.
